Temporary position 6-8 weeks long.
Monday through Friday 8am-4:30pm
Office Coordinator Job Requirements:
Provide administrative and organizational support to staff as needed.
Schedule and organize activities such as meetings, travel and conferences for all members of the office.
Establish, develop and maintain filing systems.
Take messages or answer routine and non routine questions.
Greet clients and visitors.
Sort and distribute mail.
Arrange lunch for employees on a daily basis which included planning, ordering, set up and clean up.
Maintain USPS mail machine.
Ability to multi task and work in an environment requiring sense of urgency.
Ability to operate independently and be self motivated.
Ability to plan projects, timely, and organize projects.
Office Coordinator Requirements:
HS Diploma. AS degree preferred.
2 years of Office admin experience.
