This is a Stupendous Direct Hire Opportunity!

Shift:    8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday - Friday)

Pay:     $40,000 - $50,000/yr (DOE)

Payroll Coordinator Duties & Responsibilities

  • Must have at least two (2) years of job-related experience, preferably with payroll;
  • Initial hire set up in multiple computer programs to ensure HR and state requirements, ongoing employee maintenance between said systems throughout employee life cycle, process payrolls, train field office personnel and various other payroll functions;
  • Assist the Director of Payroll & Benefits with payroll functions and process multi-state location payrolls, termination guidelines, on a weekly basis;
  • Must possess an understanding of computerized accounting systems, experience with SunCoast, Kronos, and/or Paylocity strongly preferred;
  • Ensure all employees are correctly paid for all worked and benefit hours and maintain accurate payroll information for all employees.
