Description

Remedy is hiring a Client Services Representative (CSG) for manufacturing company in Norfolk, Virginia. You will be responsible for acting as a liaison between clients and various departments, maintaining a high level of professionalism in service of clients’ needs, while working to achieve company’s tactical and strategic goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Work in support of Client Services to:
    • Establish high degree of positive rapport with clients
    • Drive continuous improvement through implementing systems and processes
    • Work on various teams within the company
    • Identify and address client’s needs to achieve results
    • Facilitate communication between clients and internal team
    • Assemble internal resources to solve issues and challenges related to client service
    • Impact company’s reputation by problem solving and turning frustrated client’s into company advocates
  • Work in support of Sales, Marketing and Business Development to:
    • Provide timely quotes, requested information, marketing collateral, samples, etc.
    • Support in the sales process in specifically assigned tasks
  • Work in support of Product Development to:
    • Keep clients informed on PD timelines progress
    • Create team meetings in support of PD
  • Work in support of Quality to:
    • Assist in collecting information and report on client complaints and non-conformance
  • Work in support of Operations to:
    • Work with management to stay updated on product knowledge and changes in policies

 

Required Experience:

  • Minimum three (3) years of relevant client service work experience in B2B setting
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and support other departments
  • Solid company-centric ideology
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well in interdepartmental teams
  • Orientation to extreme detail
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Ability to manage complexity and resolve conflicts that arise from balancing multiple priorities
