Remedy is hiring a Client Services Representative (CSG) for manufacturing company in Norfolk, Virginia. You will be responsible for acting as a liaison between clients and various departments, maintaining a high level of professionalism in service of clients’ needs, while working to achieve company’s tactical and strategic goals and objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Work in support of Client Services to:
- Establish high degree of positive rapport with clients
- Drive continuous improvement through implementing systems and processes
- Work on various teams within the company
- Identify and address client’s needs to achieve results
- Facilitate communication between clients and internal team
- Assemble internal resources to solve issues and challenges related to client service
- Impact company’s reputation by problem solving and turning frustrated client’s into company advocates
- Work in support of Sales, Marketing and Business Development to:
- Provide timely quotes, requested information, marketing collateral, samples, etc.
- Support in the sales process in specifically assigned tasks
- Work in support of Product Development to:
- Keep clients informed on PD timelines progress
- Create team meetings in support of PD
- Work in support of Quality to:
- Assist in collecting information and report on client complaints and non-conformance
- Work in support of Operations to:
- Work with management to stay updated on product knowledge and changes in policies
Required Experience:
- Minimum three (3) years of relevant client service work experience in B2B setting
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and support other departments
- Solid company-centric ideology
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well in interdepartmental teams
- Orientation to extreme detail
- Strong problem solving skills
- Ability to manage complexity and resolve conflicts that arise from balancing multiple priorities
