Shift: 1st; 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday – Friday

Pay: Starting at $17.00/hr.

Job Duties of the Customer Care Representative:

  • Provide assistance to limited income families in office, at outreach site, and in home
  • Interview and assess need Process applications, schedule, and coordinate applicants
  • Contact and coordinate with 3rd party vendors to ensure client needs are met in a timely fashion
  • Advocate services in public outreach opportunities

Job Requirements

  • Requires a compassionate and sensitive individual that maintains a professional attitude in assisting the public sector
  • Must be able to work independently and assure follow through of all dynamics of process
  • Requires strong customer service and computer skills, and prefer experience with supporting causes
  • Must have a HS diploma or equivalent, with preference for some college
