  • 2nd Shift: 1:00PM-9:00PM Mon-Fri

Job Duties of?Customer Service Supervisor: 

  • Provide top level Customer Service to all customers and drivers calling in or arriving at the shipping & receiving window
  • Clerical aspect of filling customer orders according to Standard Operating Procedures
  • Using computer hardware and software to generate labels, receiving, and shipping documents
  • Work closely with the team to accomplish the workload if needed due to influx of customer demands and troubleshoot/resolve issues
  • Ability to recruit and train new team members for suitable roles within the shipping & receiving team
  • Strong communication between shift employees and Management/warehouse staff
  • Help implement new procedures and host training sessions to ensure the team has a clear understanding of the change
