Job Duties of?Customer Service Supervisor:
- Provide top level Customer Service to all customers and drivers calling in or arriving at the shipping & receiving window
- Clerical aspect of filling customer orders according to Standard Operating Procedures
- Using computer hardware and software to generate labels, receiving, and shipping documents
- Work closely with the team to accomplish the workload if needed due to influx of customer demands and troubleshoot/resolve issues
- Ability to recruit and train new team members for suitable roles within the shipping & receiving team
- Strong communication between shift employees and Management/warehouse staff
- Help implement new procedures and host training sessions to ensure the team has a clear understanding of the change
