Job Requirements

• Minimum of 4 year of previous  Supervisor Facility Maintenance
• Attention to detail and able to work  supervising the laborers
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools
• Able to read and interpret blueprints/drawings
• Advanced math skills
• Analytical skills
• Computer skills

Job Responsibilities

• Follow safety guidelines and supervise other maintenance employees
• Follow standard work instructions as assigned
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain facility 
• Change light bulbs and small simple repairs
• Perform routine checks around facility
• Assist with groundskeeping
• May work individually or in a team environment
