Remedy Intelligent Staffing is hiring a Shipping and Receiving Customer Service Representative for our client in the Iowa City area. They are currently expanding into the Iowa City area.
Now looking for up to 3 Customer Service Reps for the Warehouse Shipping and Receiving department.
Shift/Hours: 1st shift. 6AM - 4:30PM.
Pay: $22/hour
Primary Job Duties:
- Interact with client by phone, email, in person. Receives orders or changes in service.
- Adjust billings, or services rendered.
- Generate all paperwork and necessary information for incoming and outgoing orders.
- Greet all Customers/ Answer all phone calls.
Job Requirements:
- Experience working within a 3PL operating system and warehouse management system.
- PC literate including Microsoft Excel, Email, Word.
- High School Diploma or College Education.
