Job Requirements:

• On the job training/No experience required
• Forklift or pallet jack experience, a plus
• Able to carry, twist, push, pull products and lift up to 20-50 lbs
• Able to stand, walk and bend for the entire shift
• Experience with RF scanners and warehouse computers, a plus
• Able to follow written and verbal work instructions
• Basic math

Job Responsibilities:

• Follow safety guidelines
• Meet accuracy standards with attention to detail
• Follow warehouse policies and procedures
• Consistently meet productivity standards
• Store, move, and manage materials
• Pick, pack, and palletize products for shipment
• May utilize industrial equipment to load or unload trailers/containers
• May work individually or in a team environment

Job Requirements:

• Worker must be able to stand for extended periods on cement floor, move, bend, twist, reach, grasp, manipulate labels, and lift and place product.

• Worker must be able to handle colder temperatures. The freezer that associates go in and out of can be as low as -13 degrees, but they are not in there for hours. It can be fast or slow going, it’s up to the associate, but the client will provide coats, gloves, hand warmers, etc.

• Be able to read and comprehend written directions.

• Rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.

• Works under immediate supervision and will report to supervisor and or manager as needed.

• Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment.

• Ability to follow directions and complete task.

• Must be able to lift weight not to exceed 50lbs.

• This position requires a high school diploma or its equivalent.
