Remedy Intelligent Staffing is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager for a direct hire opportunity in the Fox Valley (WI) area. This is a full-time, on-site role that is critical to the success of a new ERP implementation. We're looking for an organized leader with mulitple ERP implementations under their belt. $120,000-140,000+ salary based on experience

Project Manager Activities: 

• Track and monitor the project scope, timeline, and budget to ensure the project stays on track.
• Primary day to day liaison between the leadership team, project team, and implementation partner.
• Anticipate project timeline or scope concerns and address them prior to them becoming an issue of consequence.
• Obtain resolution for all concerns in a timely and equitable manner
• Provide clear and concise communication via periodic report outs and meetings on the project status, bringing to light any concerns
• Provide routine status reports to the leadership team as to the progress and health of the project.
• Build relationships to promote a collaborative project environment.

• Bachelor’s degree with over 3 years of project management experience in large ERP project implementations.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or other similar industry recognized certification.
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Excellent written and oral communication, organization, and problem management skills.
• An initiator, demonstrating ability to work independently and showing strength in a team environment.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast paced, constantly changing environment.
• Great attention to detail and an emphasis for quality/standards.
• Must be on site, this is not a remote role.
