Shift Available: PM Shift (2nd/3rd Shift Hours) 5 days a week 

Pay: $70,0000-$75,000/year based experience 

Job Duties of the Production Supervisor:

• Set-up, maintain and operate production equipment
• Hire, train, coach employees
• Continuous improvement
• Utilize ERP system
• Plan and schedule work orders
• Quality oversight of your department
• Delegate and schedule work based on customer orders
• Troubleshoot equipment
• Performance evaluations of staff

• 2-3 years of experience in a lead or supervisory role in production
• 2-3 years of food production experience 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem solving skills
• Ability to stand up to 10 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
