OFFICE MANAGER

Location: Salt Lake City, UT 84116

Hours:     8:00AM - 4:30PM or TBD (Mon - Fri)

Pay Rate:  $22.00 - $24.00/hr. (DOE)

THIS IS A DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY!!

 

 

Responsibilities/Duties:

• Updating and keeping all information and procedures current;

• Establishing guidelines on how often the company gets price quotes for items, the number of bids to accept and which vendors to consider;

• Evaluating quality, price, reliability, technical support and availability of goods and services;

• Entering and transferring inventory items daily;

• Some accounting and reconciliation experience;

• Buying goods and services for the company;

• Creating Purchase Orders and Invoicing for items purchased;

• Entering invoices and meeting payment deadlines; 

• Inventory reconciliation;

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operation and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals in the English language; and

• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence in the English language.

Job Requirements

Experience:
