  • Varied Hours during 5a-8p timeframes *Ability to work weekends and holidays required 

Job Duties of Hospital Cook: 

  • Large volume cooking and some made to order
  • Weigh, measure, mix and prep ingredients according to recipes.
  • Steam, grill, boil, bake or fry meats, fish, vegetables, and other ingredients.
  • Check food and ingredients for freshness.
  • Ensure that kitchen area, equipment and utensils are cleaned.

Job Requirements

  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment
  • Ability to stand for entire shift
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays
  • PPE - hairnet, Mask required
  • Previous cooking experience preferred (fast food ok)
  • Ability to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination
