Reputable company looking for a Floral Operations Manager!

Job Duties:

• Manage day to day operations tasks
• Understand and manage costs
• Analyze selling price points
• Consults and services clients for their floral needs
• Arrange and schedule delivery services
• Assist with distribution of flower products
• Develop design concepts
• Fills orders and keeps up with trends
• Manage inventory levels
• Perform office duties including keeping financial records and documentation
• Maintain social media platforms
• Plan and implement sales promotions

Qualifications:

• Must have at least 5 years of floral experience
• Must have at least 2 years of supervisory experience
• Floral retail and marketing experience would be a plus
• College degree preferred, not required

Pay:  $45,000 annually, depending on experience
