International organization looking for Bilingual Administrative/Customer Service Support (Cantonese or Mandarin and English speaking)!
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a professional manner or take detailed telephone messages
- Support Manager with any administrative related tasks
- Work with internal team members on communications
Maintaining communication with clients and process any requests
- Support with other customer service and administrative needs
- Must be fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin and English with the ability to interpret and translate required. Japanese language skills also a plus.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to utilize MS Office products
Pay: $50,000 - $60,000 - depending on experience
