Remedy Intelligent Staffing is hiring Credit Customer Service Assistants for Direct Hire positions with a financing company in the Wausau, WI area. Ideal candidates have prior customer service experience in a financial setting.

Available Shifts: Full Time

Option 1 4 days at 10:00am - 6:30pm and 1 day 1:30pm - 10:00pm
Option 2: MWF 10:30 - 7 PM; T/TH 8:30 AM - 5 PM; and (2) Saturdays per month
Option 3: MWF 8:30 AM - 5 PM; T/TH 10:30 AM - 7 PM and (2) Saturdays per month

Pay: $15.50/hr+ Based on Experience ($3.00/hr shift differential for hours worked after 5PM and Saturday Shifts)

Job Duties of a Credit Assistant:

• Utilize computer systems and entering information correctly
• Answering inbound calls and placing outbound calls in a timely manner

• Analyze credit data and financial statements
  Determine the degree of risk involved in extending credit

• Work cross-functional with multiple department

• Assist with data entry
