Reputable, local company looking for an Operations Manager.
Job Duties:
- Overseeing operations at multiple facilities
- Promoting all programs and overseeing guest experience
- Overseeing responses to all inquiries and concerns
- Resolving any customer billing issues and questions
- Handling emergency situations that happen at the facilities
- Providing some HR support and liaison with third party HR company
- Working with maintenance and facilities on any logistical needs
- Coordinating the security duties
- Developing and maintaining relationships with vendors
- Documenting operational processes and creates standardized protocols for staff to follow
- Managing all data and ensures accurate record keeping
Qualifications:
- Must have Bachelor's degree
- Must have 5+ years of operations background
- HR experience would be a plus
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple work initiatives concurrently
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Capacity to lead, coordinate and motivate employees
Pay: $50,000 - $60,000 depending on experience
