Now Hiring Articulated Haul Truck Operators in West Weber/Ogden, Utah
Pay: $23/hr.
Schedule: 12 hour rotating shifts every 4 weeks (7am-7pm or 7pm-7am)
Responsibilities:
- Operates one or more types articulated haul trucks
- Responsible for safe operation of machines, maintenance, and upkeep of equipment
- Performs equipment maintenance duties such as cleaning/greasing/oiling machines/maintenance procedures/Operator Safety Standards.
- Operates equipment with priority of making the job safe for all persons working around the equipment.
- Ensures that other workers stay clear of machine while working in tight places.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of equipment operating experience on a Cat or Volvo articulated haul truck REQUIRED.
- Must possess very good hand, foot and eye coordination to safely operate equipment with excellent communication/time management skills.
- Must be able to operate for extended periods of time and to get into awkward positions when cleaning and providing maintenance to the equipment.
- Requires extensive and heavy physical activity and dexterity.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
