Salary: $45,000-52,000

Job Duties of the Inside Sales Rep:

• Work with management and operations teams to create proposals for customers.
• Gather and prepare information and provide accurate quotes.
• Maintain and update customer information in CRM.
• Establish and cultivate customer relationships through timely, professional communication and ensure that customer feels supported and informed through the process.
• Identify opportunities for new business.
• Coordinate the selling activities including visiting customer sites as needed.

• Associate's Degree or at least 5 years of experience working in customer relations, sales, and/or project coordination.
• At least 3 years of customer service/office experience. 
• Strong customer service skills.
• Must be organized and a great communicator.
• Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience in manufacturing is helpful.
