Maruchan (The Noodle Company) a Food Manufacturing plant located in the South-side of San Antonio is currently seeking a Night Shift Supervisor. APPLY TODAY!
- Monitors the production operations for efficiency and safety.
- Ensures that all policies and procedures are met. Oversees the supervisory staff, leads and production workers, on the night shift assigned to the production area.
- Supervises a staff of 100+ temporary workers Ensures that all tasks are performed in accordance with the operating procedures and ensures all GMP’s are being followed.
- Walks the plant daily and observes workers, supervisors and leads to ensure good work habits and good safety habits are being followed.
- Solid Knowledge of best manufacturing practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with workers from other cultures in a sensitive manner. Able to work well with production workers, supervisors, and operations manager.
Work schedule - 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM Monday thru Saturday (Must have flexibility)
Salary - Negotiable depending on experience, salary requirements will be discussed at time of interview
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be fully bilingual
- Must have a fully composed resume and two verifiable references
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and outlook
- Excellent communication skills with a demonstrated ability to interact with workers from different cultures.
- Must be able to work with all levels of workers and managers.
- Knowledgeable in food production and safety
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
