Remedy is hiring a Human Resource Generalist (HRG) for a manufacturing company in Norfolk, VA. The ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge of HR topics and perform a diverse set of job functions to support the Human Resources Department. The HRG stays up-to-date on HR laws and regulations to ensure company’s compliance on all fronts.

Required Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Human Resources or related field or;
• Minimum of (3+) years of relevant work experience in full cycle HR activities

• Orientation to extreme detail and capability of articulating cause and effect with data to support
