Remedy Intelligent Staffing is now hiring for Customer Service Representative positions with our valued healthcare client in Central WI. This is a permanent, direct hire position with a great company that is growing!

Shift: 1st; 8:30am-5:00pm Full Time

*Required weekend rotation with some holidays

Pay Rate: $15.00/hr

Job Duties of the Customer Service Representative:

• Learns how to take credit card payments via the phones and how to enter patients within our billing system.
• Learns durable medical equipment and supplies
• Responsible for managing your open orders.
• Identifies opportunities to better patient experience and care
• Keeps track of necessary patient information and records
