Remedy Intelligent Staffing is seeking Industrial Maintenance Technicians for a direct hire opportunity in the Reedsburg area. Shift: 2nd and 3rd shift (8 hour shifts)

Pay: $25-28/hr

Job duties of the Industrial Maintenance Technician:

• Perform troubleshooting, repair and preventative maintenance on mechanical and electrical issues on both manufacturing and building equipment.
• Replace motors, drives, wiring, circuit breakers, coils and switches on equipment.
• Perform minor parts fabrication as needed using a welder, mill, lathe or other equipment.
• Maintain building equipment (to include HVAC and lighting).
• Maintain equipment logs and history, as well as look up parts in inventory, using the company-specific system.

• At least 1 year of experience with electrical or mechanical maintenance
• Strong experience in manufacturing environments
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics
• Strong preference for experience with troubleshooting PLCs
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
