Shift:  1st; 6:45am-3:45pm; Monday-Friday (some Saturdays)

Pay:  $18.00-$22.00 - based on experience

Job Duties as a Production Lead:

• Manages production workflows and appropriate staffing levels
• Manages the operation of single line equipment from set-up to shut down and sanitation; ensures efficiency and maximizes run capacity and speed
• Frequently moves, pushes, lifts, packs, stacks, and handles product, baking materials, and equipment
• Troubleshoots minor mechanical issues with line equipment and partners with maintenance to resolve issues effectively
• Observes the flow of the production line and identifies where help is needed, stepping into any position to provide support or relief for breaks
• Assists the Production Supervisor with the training of new team members

• Ability to stand and/or walk up to 100% of the time, work in a freezer or ovens area, and lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work efficiently, exercise initiative, resourcefulness, and good judgement
• Flexible and comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• The role typically works 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday. Some Saturdays may be required depending on business needs.
