Reputable local company looking for a Sous Chef!

Essential Duties:

  • Performs all tasks in food preparations.
  • Manages daily kitchen operations including planning, scheduling and ordering.
  • Follows proper food handling and storage requirements
  • Modifies and creates menu items to meet guest expectations
  • Trains and works with all employees
  • Handles menu planning, and cost control.
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Culinary school training with a completion certificate
  • High School diploma required
  • Minimum of two (2) years of previous Sous Chef experience
  • Must have banquet experience servicing 2,000 - 3,000 guests
  • Understands food and labor costs.
  • Ability to train and supervise employees.
  • Good verbal and written skills.
  • Available to work AM/PM shifts, flexible, including holidays.

Pay:  $55,000 - $70,000, depending on experience
