Pay: 

• $16.00 per hour (Increase upon hire)

Shifts:  

• 1^st Shift: 5am – 1pm or 6am – 2pm (Monday - Friday with OT possibility)
• 2^nd Shift: 2pm – 12am (Monday – Thursday with OT available)

**may offer voluntary Sun OT, which would be double-time pay**

Job Duties for Assemblers:

• Work on an assembly line to perform assembly and sub-assembly of equipment
• Will work with various tools to include pneumatic and battery-powered, hand tools and torch wrenches
• Mainly mechanical assembly but could also include connecting wires onto the panel (will not be powered on)
• Will use a jib crane to move product and cross-train to work on multiple assembly lines

Qualifications:

• Must have a strong mechanical aptitude
• Must be able to work with tools and be a self-starter
• Prior assembly or manufacturing experience as well as the ability to read and understand diagrams is preferred, but willing to train the right candidates
• Must have strong communication and teamworking mindset

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to stand for the entire shift (up to 12 hours if on overtime)
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., but most lifting will be 20 lbs or less and occasionally up to 40 lbs

PPE: 

• Must wear safety shoes (ESD preferred). Company will supply all other PPE
