Local non-profit organization seeking a Program Coordinator position!
Essential duties:
- Maintain all records and communications
- Schedule client appointments
- Generate and send invoices to clients
- Meet and greet office visitors (case managers, consumers, vendors, etc.)
- Update and maintain master database
- Support projects through providing administrative support
- Assist with marketing and communications efforts for various programs
- Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Must have previous customer service and/or administrative experience
- Non-profit experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred; not required
- Working knowledge of computer programs, such as Excel
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Able to multi-task and communicate effectively
Pay: Up to $45,000 per year, depending on experience
