Responsibilities:

  • Hands-on work in developing prototypes, code development or evaluating technologies.
  • Works with the in-house and external teams to drive the development efforts to support and enhance the systems.
  • Supports and creates the EDI interfaces and other C# applications to develop the business processes to support the company supply chain operations.
  • Conduct code reviews and execute test plans. Coordinate with appropriate persons to ensure compliance with change and release management cycles.

  • Design, develop, implement, and maintain endpoints for integrations.
  • Troubleshoots and fixes bugs and performance issues in the ERP applications.

  • The individual also produces technical documentation for all changes performed on the ERP system.
  • Works independently as well as collaborating with end users, managers, and fellow members of the IT Team.
  • This role will create solutions and manage custom modules in the ERP system to improve IT services to the business, working collaboratively with business teams to ensure consistent availability and performance of the system.
  • Keeps project management team up to date with project status such as, revisions and questions on requirements and documentations for projects.
  • Helps project leads in analysis, design, development, and support.
  • Follow all corporate policies and Procedures.
  • Provides training and support to the users.
  • The role will follow the Microsoft best practices, business analysis and recommendations.

Technical skills:

  • X++ Development: 2 years (Mandatory)
  • Development and document processing with EDI: 2 years (Preferred)

Responsibilities and Duties

Graphic Design

  • Vector artwork, print layout, color management.
  • Cropping, effects, batch re-sizing, importing/exporting, etc.
  • Supporting work for packaging process (color accuracy, measuring boxes, pallet configurations, itemizing box specifications, sample retrieval, reviewing proofs, etc.)
  • Assistance with internal labeling process (label design, variable data management, proofs, printing labels, etc.)
  • Organizing, sharing, and receiving artwork assets for print and web (artwork exporting, file packaging, color conversion, fonts, image assets, file-naming conventions, folder structure hierarchies, etc.)

Qualifications:

Specific tasks may include, but are not limited to: monthly analysis and reporting of financial performance, understanding and communicating revenue details, product and customer profitability reporting, financial analysis of proposed products, and customers and business models with pricing and sourcing recommendations, accounts payable, invoicing, payroll, general ledger.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the annual budget process and forecasting
  • Analyzing weekly and month-end data incl. Dashboard, P&L, Balance Sheet, Product Menu Mix, average prices, and other KPIs
  • Generating and communicating internal management reporting, including actual to budget/forecast and business metrics
  • Review monthly expenses of each location to ensure that expenses are booked correctly, and work and direct the accounting team to make any necessary reclassifications.
  • Revenue forecasting in coordination with sales and operations
  • Close cooperation with location managers to help understand actual vs. budget variances
  • Reporting to Controller findings and process improvement
  • Research, analysis and presentation of data for ad hoc reports

Education/Experience Requirements:
