Job Duties:

• Dispense premixed material into the extruder to disperse pigment and plastics.  The material exits the die head and enters a water bath that cools the product.   The material strands then enter a pelletizer that cuts the material to a desired size.
• Use mixing machines to blend ingredients into compounds for processing.
• Blend material from production and/or stock resulting in a uniform blend.
• Work in various departments through out the day
• Other duties as assigned

• Write a requisition slip when materials are required from stock.
• Notify the area supervisor of any questionable situation or non-conforming parts, assembly or work encountered.  A “Non-Conformance Report” must be written per company standards.
• Bend and install small conduit runs as required. 
• Pull wires through the conduit and assemble connection including proper labeling.
• Return unused materials to rack for return to the stockroom along with the proper paperwork.
• Tag scrap materials and rejected parts with a rejected tag
• Maintain a clean, orderly and safe working area.
• Ensure all work meets company and National Electric Code Standards as well as all other applicable standards.

• Repetitive bench or line assembly on small components
• Use small hand tools, assembly jigs, and fixtures

• Maintain a clean work environment and maintains 5S
