This is a temp-to-hire opportunity located in East Columbus. We are looking for candidates that can be floaters and help with packing, machine operator duties, etc... in a manufacturer for plastic bottles.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 6:45pm to 7:15 am (Shifting shift)
Starting Pay: $21
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Cover break periods for the Material Handlers, Backline Operators and I/M Operators/Leads to ensure that material line feed, palletizer off loading, and other duties are uninterrupted.
• Ability to maintain forklift certification a requirement of the position.
• Work with Material Handlers to ensure a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse and for line feed of material to the equipment in order to maintain production. Complete appropriate warehouse paperwork related to movement of material from location to location.
• Start up and shutdown injection molding equipment in a safe and efficient manner with the reduction of waste in consideration.
• Able to fill in for quality technicians and all production positions including material handler, packer, and operator.
