Remedy is seeking to hire a qualified candidate to join a local manufacturer customer service support team. Sales & Customer Service Support Representative 8am-5pm Macedon, NY BASED ON EXPERIENCE

Pay ranges from $17.50/hr - 20/hr

Essential Job Functions:

• Review and process customer orders received via website, by mail, email, or fax • Complete freight claim paperwork with transportation provider • Request documentation and information needed from carriers to resolve claims or letters of denial • Communicate updates on freight claims to claimant parties • Ensure timely and effective claims resolution • Respond to customer inquiries and provide documents as needed • Support Sales Team Qualifications: • Strong computer skills, Word, Excel, and internet research • Ability to work both independently and in a team-based environment. • Detailed oriented. • Ability to prioritize own work and accept shifts in priority based on business needs. • Excellent organizational skills and proven multi-tasking abilities • Good mathematical skills
