1st Shift Store Support/Watches & Jewelry Admin available in Piscataway, NJ
Shift - Morning (1st)
Salary per hour $23 to $25
Schedule - 7:00am to 3:30pm
Days - Monday to Friday (Two Saturdays per month are required)
Job description and responsibilities:
The Store Support Administrator works directly with the Store Support Coordinators to assist with product movement at the repair center and with the Care Service Manager to Facilitate the internal movement OF watch and jewelry products. Ensure customer satisfaction by working within the repair center to ensure that we meet repair expectations and provide the most accurate and up-to-date communication for the stores. Be able to fulfill commitments, communicate, and problem-solve daily issues as it relates to Repairs/Client Care Services.
Work within a team environment to provide excellent customer service. Perform minor on-site repairs based on business needs.
Answer all product update requests from Coordinators within a timely manner (24 hrs.) by providing detailed and accurate answers to all inquiries. Follow-up with Coordinators to provide status, where more research and/or analysis is required.
Troubleshoot, analyze, and research all issues or problems, sometimes requiring research to be conducted on the production floor.
Follow up with stores on daily estimates and/or pending repairs that have surpassed the seven-day time limit allowed.
Communicate to supervisor or manager's repetitive daily issues and or problems received from stores to seek improvement in necessary
