Pay: $80,000-90,000

Shift: 2nd shift

Job duties of the Operations Supervisor:

• Lead production team members on designated shift with all production activities.
• Delegate work and schedule the appropriate staff to the areas needed based on work orders.
• Hire, train and coach employees.
• Ensure all productivity, quality and safety standards are followed and met.
• Adapt to new product lines.
• Understand GMPs and ensure staff follow them.
• Coordinate with other departments including shipping and maintenance to ensure product is delivered on time and equipment is maintained with minimal downtime. 
• Planning appropriate inventory levels to ensure production requirements are met.
• Collect, analyze and interpret data to make decisions about production needs and process improvements.
• Serve as a positive influence to production team members and fellow management. 

• Strong supervisory background with 3-5 years minimum of on the job experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience as a Production Supervisor/Manager.
• Previous experience with GMPs.
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to make decisions based on data.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and quickly/effectively change priorities as needed.
• Strong team-oriented attitude.
