Remedy Intelligent Staffing is currently hiring a full-time Customer Service - Mechanical Support in the Oconomowoc area. This is a direct hire opportunity with an innovative manufacturer that has great benefits and is located just outside of a major metro area. Salary: $20-23/hr

Job Duties of the Customer Service - Mechanical Support:

  • Assist customers over the phone and via email with equipment troubleshooting and diagnostics.
  • Instruct customers on proper functionality by using engineered drawings as a reference.
  • Collect and analyze data to improve performance.
  • Address customer complaints and report equipment failures to the production teams.
  • Answer calls and emails from customers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a fast response rate to ensure customer issues are resolved quickly and customer satisfaction is met.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service.
  • Ability to read/interpret blueprints.
  • Previous experience in mechanical/technical field is helpful.
  • Must be willing to learn mechanical parts and be able to troubleshoot equipment.
  • Strong computer skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Ability to communicate in a clear, professional manner.
