Pay: $55,000-70,000 based on experience

Schedule: 10pm-6am, Monday-Friday

Job duties of the Production Supervisor:

• Lead production team members on designated shift with all production activities.
• Delegate work and schedule the appropriate staff to the areas needed based on work orders.
• Hire, train and coach employees.
• Ensure all productivity, quality and safety standards are followed and met.
• Adapt to new product lines.
• Coordinate with other departments including shipping and maintenance to ensure product is delivered on time and equipment is maintained with minimal downtime.
• Coordinate with Quality department to ensure product is meeting standards and resolve any corrective action.
• Continuous improvement.

• 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• 1-2 years of experience supervising manufacturing employees
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to problem-solve and troubleshoot mechanical equipment
• Ability to make sound business decisions
