Inbound Call Center Representative needed for a well known road side assistance call center!

Our client is looking for Call Center/Customer Service Representatives in Worthington, Ohio! This is an inbound call position and a wonderful way to get your foot in the door for a Customer Service Career with a fantastic company!

Starting Pay Rate: $14.00 Per Hour

Shift:

• 3:30PM - Midnight - both weekend days required! 
• Training schedule during first shift hours for the first two week

Call Center/Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

• Take inbound calls
• Use customer service skills to assist members
• Problem solving
• Multi-tasking
• Quality control
• Excellent communication skills
