• This role will create solutions and manage custom modules in the ERP system to improve IT services to the business, working collaboratively with business teams to ensure consistent availability and performance of the system.

• Keeps project management team up to date with project status such as, revisions and questions on requirements and documentations for projects.

• Helps project leads in analysis, design, development, and support.

• Provides training and support to the users.

• The role will follow the Microsoft best practices, business analysis and recommendations.

Technical skills:

• X++ Development: 2 years (Mandatory)

Graphic Design

• Vector artwork, print layout, color management.

• Assistance with internal labeling process (label design, variable data management, proofs, printing labels, etc.)

Specific tasks may include, but are not limited to: monthly analysis and reporting of financial performance, understanding and communicating revenue details, product and customer profitability reporting, financial analysis of proposed products, and customers and business models with pricing and sourcing recommendations, accounts payable, invoicing, payroll, general ledger.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the annual budget process and forecasting
• Analyzing weekly and month-end data incl. Dashboard, P&L, Balance Sheet, Product Menu Mix, average prices, and other KPIs
• Generating and communicating internal management reporting, including actual to budget/forecast and business metrics
• Review monthly expenses of each location to ensure that expenses are booked correctly, and work and direct the accounting team to make any necessary reclassifications.
• Revenue forecasting in coordination with sales and operations
• Close cooperation with location managers to help understand actual vs. budget variances
• Reporting to Controller findings and process improvement
• Research, analysis and presentation of data for ad hoc reports

Education/Experience Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree required with concentration in Accounting preferred
• 3 + years of accounting or finance experience
• CPA License 
• Strong analytical, communication, and advocacy skills, and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Broad understanding of accounting principles, theories, concepts, and practices.
• Technical skills and knowledge with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, multi-dimensional reporting systems.
