You will be responsible for contacting applicants, processing, and matching each associate with the best fitting job. As well as developing client relationships with existing accounts and being the main point of contact between the client and the offices. 

Locations we are hiring for: Hilliard Branch, Westerville Branch, and London Branch

Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM

Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruiting and hiring efforts
• Maintain personnel records, in compliance with company's regulations
• Compile reports from personnel databases
• Perform filing, data entry, and other general office duties
• Call new applicants to schedule interviews
• Enforce company policies, rules and regulations
• Communicate all relevant information to employees and job applicants

Qualifications:

• Able to manage high levels of activity and multiple demands
• In depth knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Work, Excel, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
