A non-profit organization is looking for an Accountant to join their team!  The position is located in Windward Oahu.

Job Duties:

• Preparing monthly billings for various clients
• Reading contracts and ensure monthly billings abide by compensation and payment conditions described on contracts
• Ensure accurate processing of Account Payable invoices
• Ensure records systems are accurately maintained
• Respond to client inquiries, requests, issues and problems in a quick efficient manner
• Other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 3-years Accounting experience required
• Experience in General Ledger, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Must be very detail oriented and organized
• Proficient in Microsoft Office - specifically in Excel

Pay: $45,000 - $50,000, depending on experience
