Local company seeking an enthusiastic, friendly Executive Assistant to join their team!
Job Duties:
- Coordinate executive communications, including phone calls, emails and interfacing with clients
- Manage the calendar for the CEO and run personal errands as needed
- Assist with scheduling appointments, travel, meetings, and speaking engagements
- Assist with meeting preparation and handling any conflicts that may arise
- Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members
- Prepare reports and presentations and distribute various reading materials
- Coordinate with various staff on short segment presentations
- Maintain all membership renewals and process mail
- Handle travel arrangements/itineraries for executives
- Assist in the coordination of internal and off-site corporate events
- Conduct research and assist with coordinating corporate projects
- Assist with the coordination of any repairs or office maintenance
- Assist the company and executives with various administrative and support duties as required
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5+ years of executive or senior management level administrative experience required (eight years preferred)
- Longevity in previous positions is important (5-7 years)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- High proficient in MS Office Suite, mobile applications, text messaging, Zoom, TEAMS, etc
Pay: Up to $70,000, depending on experience
