Reputable clothing company seeking a Merchandiser/Inventory Specialist!
Job Duties:
- Ensure that merchandise is delivered on schedule and meets company standards
- Identify and analyze market trends
- Manage and control store inventory levels
- Support to ensure financial growth and provide recommendations within the company to increase sales
- Support various functional goals and targets
- Develop allocation strategies to meet store needs
- Forecast seasonal inventory needs
- Analyze and report weekly sales, including the creation of action plans to improve sales
- Recommend weekly markdown and promotion products
- Help to meet and exceed sales goals
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in merchandising or related field
- 3+ years of experience in inventory management or equivalent
- Experience in managing at least 5000 SKU’s per week
- Ability to analyze data and problem solve
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Must have night and weekend availability
Pay: Up to $54,000, depending on experience
