Data Entry Clerk

Data Entry/ Customer Service Responsible for providing accounting support to accounting supervisors and other managers within the department. Provide responses to customer inquiries via email and telephone • Process credit card payments as necessary.

  • Perform accounting and clerical functions to support supervisors 
  • Provide responses to customer inquiries via email and telephone • Process credit card payments as necessary • Prepare monthly reports and reconciliations as necessary
  • Work with adding machines, calculators, and databases • Utilize computer systems to record information and research issues 
  • Other analysis and financial projects as necessary

 

Job Requirements

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: • Communication skills • Problem solving and critical thinking skills • Adaptability • Moderate MS Office skills with Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills • High level of accuracy and efficiency Minimum Education and Experience Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in accounting or 2 years of experience as equivalent
