Local company in Honolulu seeking a Administrative Coordinator.

Duties:

  • Set up new files
  • Input data into computer system
  • Distribute mail
  • Schedule appointments with vendors, clients, etc. 
  • Intake calls and relay messages
  • Reconcile reports
  • Other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Typing, 10-key, copying, scanning, filing 
  • Insurance industry experience preferred

 Pay: $18 - $22 per hour, depending on experience
