Recruiters / Personnel Supervisors are primarily responsible for the success and growth of their branch. This will be accomplished through recruiting, interviewing and placing quality associates and development of customer relationships. 

Great base salary + monthly bonuses

Salary based on experience. Training is offered! We want you to succeed! 

8:00 AM - 5:00 PM as standard hours

Job Responsibilities:

• Handling filing, data entry, and other general office duties.
• Develop and maintain relationships with recruiting sources.
• Meet with clients to determine exact staffing needs. Identify the essential functions and job descriptions of the open position.
• Assess Remedy’s ability to satisfy these needs through recruiting, interviewing, and evaluating if associates are a match.
• Interview, screen and evaluate potential applicants.
• Match the appropriate candidates with client’s expectations and requirements.
• Solicit, interview, evaluate, select, hire and train associates. Evaluate and select the most qualified candidate for customer consideration.
• Verify and document associate’s “right to work” in the US. Make the appropriate documentations.
