Local insurance company seeking an Administrative Assistant!

Job Duties:

  • Provide administrative support to various departments
  • Support with meeting set-up, logistics, minutes, and reporting
  • Provide travel assistance and respond accordingly to vendor requests
  • Compile month expense reports and maintain supply to promotional materials
  • Provide inventory support and ensure all office supplies are maintained
  • Administer surveys to staff and support to organize staff-wide activities
  • Other administrative duties as assigned


  • Associates degree or equivalent
  • 3+ years of office experience
  • Typing at 35 WPM
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work well with others

Pay: Up to $17 per hour, depending on experience
