Local insurance company seeking an Administrative Assistant!
Job Duties:
- Provide administrative support to various departments
- Support with meeting set-up, logistics, minutes, and reporting
- Provide travel assistance and respond accordingly to vendor requests
- Compile month expense reports and maintain supply to promotional materials
- Provide inventory support and ensure all office supplies are maintained
- Administer surveys to staff and support to organize staff-wide activities
- Other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Associates degree or equivalent
- 3+ years of office experience
- Typing at 35 WPM
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work well with others
Pay: Up to $17 per hour, depending on experience
