Job Duties:

• Review production schedule to determine batch runs required for the day

• Read batch formula and gather/combine ingredients in correct sequence into chemical mixing tank

• Perform all start up, shut down, clean-up, and change over and prebatching procedures as instructed.

• Perform and document continuous quality inspection/color matching of product

• Basic troubleshooting and adjustment of mixing blenders & equipment
