The Quality and Safety Manager is responsible for performing inspections on the job site and ensuring that all standards are being met.
Job Duties include:
- Documenting and reporting quality control issues
- Enforce quality corrective actions
- Prepares results records and submits copies of all inspection records
- Conduct safety trainings
- Interact with personnel and leadership team
- Conduct visual inspections and retraining staff as needed
- Verifies effectiveness of quality control inspections
- Ensure all work is performed per procedures
- Document and report inspection findings and results
- Perform job duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in quality assurance and safety background
- Must have OSHA construction safety class certification or ability to obtain the certification
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills and ability to navigate various databases and other internal programs
- High attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office
Pay: $60,000 annually - depending on experience
