The Quality and Safety Manager is responsible for performing inspections on the job site and ensuring that all standards are being met.

 Job Duties include:

• Documenting and reporting quality control issues
• Enforce quality corrective actions 
• Prepares results records and submits copies of all inspection records
• Conduct safety trainings
• Interact with personnel and leadership team
• Conduct visual inspections and retraining staff as needed
• Verifies effectiveness of quality control inspections
• Ensure all work is performed per procedures
• Document and report inspection findings and results 
• Perform job duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in quality assurance and safety background
• Must have OSHA construction safety class certification or ability to obtain the certification
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong computer skills and ability to navigate various databases and other internal programs
• High attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office

Pay:  $60,000 annually - depending on experience
