Requirements:

 

  • Associate degree or bachelor’s degree, preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong and clear communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Good influencing skills with ability to build relationships across internal departments that support the data and analysis relevant for our group
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Articulate and pleasant phone manner, order entry experience, and accurate typing of 30 wpm.

 

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Processing and managing customer purchase orders
  • Working closely with Supply Chain team to ensure product availability
  • Communicating with customers, brokers, and field sales personnel to coordinate special requests, orders, sample request and resolve problems
  • Maintaining up-to-date pricing, promotional files, and customer item number’s
  • Assisting in routing PO’s for pick up within customer systems.
  • Daily reporting to internal and external customers
  • Performing additional job-related duties as needed
