up to $30 per hour depending on experience.

Must have experience with CompTIA Network+, A+, Security+, Active Directory
3 years of Network and Systems support experience required

•Respond to client tickets over the phone, via email, or in-person
•Ask appropriate questions to determine the nature of the issue and escalate internally if needed
•Connect and work with customers remotely and in-person to resolve their day to day issues (i.e. password resets, issues printing, etc.) and determine if on-site work is needed
•Monitor the Service Desk for tickets assigned to the queue and process them based on priority
•Work directly with clients to resolve their issues
•Follow up with outstanding issues to reach a resolution
•Keep accurate and timely notes and update documentation
