Part Time Bookkeeper/Office Manager
Automotive shop
Must have experience with QuickBooks and accounting
5 hours per day, 4-5 days per week

Responsibilities (not limited to):
Answering phones and taking detailed messages from customers in written form
Making calls to customers with messages from owner for repair updates or approvals
Handling needs for customer and addressing concerns
Following vendor accounts, entering invoices, preparing statements for payment, tracking returns and cores for credit, contacting vendors as needed for account issues
Purchasing parts (under the direction of the owner who will give part numbers or details to be able to do this) or tracking down parts that have not arrived
Invoicing customers and receiving those payments in QB
Preparing and handling UPS packaging (husband or mechanic will handle any heavy items)
Communicating with owner and office manager as needed
Keeping the breakroom, office and bathroom clean and stocked
Preparing new customers and vehicles for diagnosis (paperwork for customer, mats and seat covers in trucks)
Filing and record keeping
Daily mail sorting
Run errands, make deposits
Order supplies as needed
Keeping whiteboard updated of repair progress
