Local organization seeking an Insurance Benefits Coordinator!

Job Duties:

  • Assist members process voluntary benefits, including disability insurance, life insurance, accident insurance and more
  • Assist members with issues related to benefits through phone, email or in-person meetings
  • Review member insurance eligibility and regularly update member database
  • Identify missed payments and track outstanding invoices
  • Request and mail invoices monthly and annually
  • Process and audit monthly insurance bills
  • Support the planning of events and programs for new members
  • Other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field, a plus
  • 2+ years in a customer service office setting
  • Ability to stay up to date with member benefits 
  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • Detail orientation and ability to multi-task a must

Pay: $16-18 per hour, depending on experience
